Lola Global operates on a global fulfillment (dropshipping) model. To ensure the best selection and prices, items are shipped directly from our international and regional fulfillment centers.

  • International Shipping: Depending on the destination country and customs clearance, standard delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days.

  • Regional/Express Shipping: For specific products or items available in regional warehouses, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days.

  • Please note: Potential delays caused by customs checks, extreme weather conditions, or postal service disruptions are outside of our control.

3. Shipping Rates

  • We offer Free Shipping on orders over a specific amount (details are displayed during checkout or promotional periods).

  • Standard shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and total package weight, and are clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a tracking link will be sent to you.

  • You can monitor your shipment directly through the link provided or on our website's "Track Order" page. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page or during checkout, all customs duties and related expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

6. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package from the local post office, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
