1. Return Policy & Eligibility

  • 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygienic and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings, and custom-made or personalized products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 1 - Contact Us: To start a return, please contact us at [info@lolatasarim.com] with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package without prior approval.

  • Step 2 - Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you the correct return shipping address and detailed instructions via email.

  • Step 3 - Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos of the issue.

  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once the item is shipped, we cannot cancel the order, and the standard return process will apply.
